★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude and unresponsive staff. My parcel had reached the thane office post lockdown. The office called me saying I have to pick up the parcel from their Thane office by 2 pm same day or they will send parcel back. My request that I am in office & cannot come same day went unheard. The person at the other end just hangs up the phone whenever you try to call. Better choose other courier services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parcel to Dombivli routed to Kalyan from RO and the Dombivli franchise says the addressee has to collect it from their office or else they will return the parcel to the sender. I had to travel 30 KM to pick up the parcel. There is no working helpline number. Overall poor quality service.
