★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had bad experience using courier service delivery with DTDC Mulund West at Tambe Nagar. They had upfront taken courier delivery charges & messed up Mango delivery to Puttur & Bengaluru. I have raised complaints with NCH to resolve the grievance caused. The issue appeared at customer receivable end. I have photos from customer on screw-up.
