★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier service of my life ever. The staff has not a bit of sense to talk to the customers. They talk as if they're doing a favor on us. The parcel I courier was broken and they said "hum guarantee nai lete uska" if they can't even provide guarantee they should clear that first and they should not do business as well. NOT RECOMMENDED EVER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero stars. Nobody should engage their services. Just today i had a harrowing experience. They called me to their office to collect parcel, inspite of promising home delivery. Then they gave my parcel to someone else without checking any docket or airway bill number. Then they asked me to wait for half an hour till they asked the other person to return my parcel. Over and above that they were extremely rude. No social distancing maintained. People crowding in front of tiny office in the corner of the mall. I have to go back empty handed and just forget about my parcel

In a time where people are struggling for business and work, such people acting so arrogantly and taking customers for granted says their attitude. Horrible company to deal with, no wonder so many negative reviews in on their page

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have got worst experience…I recommend don’t go for it… very rude staff not at all cooperative… worst courier service I have regretted so much for using their service… I have to deal with courier almost daily due to some for emergency I have to go for this courier but it has disappointed me like in life I will never use this service… It’s staff say to me we don’t care if one customer gone don’t use our services…So please don’t use their service…

Prefer India post rather them.
