No proper management, need to do multiple calls, don't know were the courier is lying, no time management, delays etc etc etc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hopeless service offered.. in my case a day prior to my actual despatch of parcel the owner says it will delivered wherever you want. I had 2 parcels for Bangalore. He assure me both will be delivered. On the nxt day that's is day of despatch the lady sitting on the counter says only one parcel will be delivered and the other parcels pincode isnt listed on their map. I agree to it and sent one parcel to Bangalore to my surprise and horror the parcel reached Bangalore and was returned to Mumbai as the delivery is not done by them to that particular pincode. When I had a word with the person at kapeesh mall, mahavir courier office he said let it come I will send it via other courier. Once the parcel came ingot a call I collected the parcel as I no longer trusted them they made me a refund of only half of the amount of what I had paid. Very hopeless and rude service. I will never suggest it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. My parcel was not delivered as the pincode of chinchwad was not listed in their list which they dint check while collecting parcel from me. And on top of that they din even called me to collect my undelivered parcel. Dont trust this courier service.
