β β β β β worst service... they actually will abuse you if you ask any questions about the delay in their service... really pathetic... Also keep a tab on your service requests... This guy's will close the requests anytime without notice and LG won't help you in any way... stay away from this service centre and completely avoid if possible

β β β β β Poor service. They fixed washing machine with new part, now same issue happened after 6 months. No one answers this number as well 25180148. Not recommended.

β β β β β Most of the time get some or other excuse, I am sure no one will check this review also . Calls get delayed too much. LG giving Commitment to resolve the call Same day but get lot of excuse from Service side

Hi,
I would rate 1 out of 5 star as there is no back up plan as all engineers went on EID leave and calls are delayed more than 4-5 days.
If this is the service Turn Around Time then Godrej post sale service is worst than a local company having such service partner.

Kept on changing parts one by one...instead of single sitting....machine not repaired till date

β β β β β Pathetic, day one the technician says he'll come, and other day he says I'll not come someone else will, post that none of them.are picking up calls, unable to understand how come brand like LG has given them their contract.

β β β β β Worst service centre ever! My calls were answered after 5 days of continuous calls, post which I was assured that the technician should arrive within an hour, but as expected he arrived after a delay of about 6 hours. Would rather suggest a local repair shop. By far the worst experience I have had.

β β β β β I called for LED TV servicing 'coz my TV was not switching on. Technician on call diagnosed the mother board fault. Requested for a new part (motherboard), technician came with a new part and whilst installing it unearthed a new issue, back-light fault which incidentally was not the case at first. Both these parts come at a steep price. My question on this forum is whether I am entitled for paying for the backlight fault which happened during resolving initial fault ?or should LG or this service centre take the blame and pay from their pocket as a Free of Cost part. The service (replacement of these 2 parts) is scheduled tomorrow and fingers crossed that these is no new fault occurence
