★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Living in this so called society on Rent, Thankfully. But Never consider to buy the property from this developer ever. WORST quality, Worst Service, Worst maintenance, & Clubbing their maintenance charge with Electricity pre paid bill, which is not allowed. No Electricity for 14-15hrs a day. Frequent power cuts even if it wind blowing there will be no electricity for Hours. Poor construction material used, Walls have large Cracks even without any drilling done. No one to hear your voice & give solutions to such problems, Street Dogs roam around inside the society. Parking is also an issue as more people are coming. We don't even get proper power backup, they don't run the powerback immediately as electricity goes off. We don't even get monthly electricity bill. so actually there are so many issues related to everything.
LAZZZYYYY staff members, Plumber, Electrician everyone is lazy, they don't come at one call to help you or resolve your issue related to plumbing, or electricity. No proper Hygiene or cleanliness is provided. NEVER EVER COME TO THIS PROJECT OR ANY PROJECT OF THIS BUILDER OR DEVELOPER. DON"T ADORE THE NAME ADORE. PATHETIC. You gets 0 from my side in everything, ADORE. Wish me luck to find a better place to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have started living in this so called society since last 2 months and I feel like I have never been like a such a worst living place in my life.
The main need for a person in society is water, electric, lift, maintenance and parking facilities, that you won't get here as this should normally be.
Most of the time you will not get water in your bathroom or at some other place when ever needed and Fun part will be when you are living on upper floors and lift is not working (which happens almost all the time) then there will be a great chance to do jogging and exercise either forcefully or up to your choice no matter whether y are going to office or sick and going to medicine.
Staff and other maintenance behaviour is ultimate where you could get beaten if you don't care in your words that you speak and service quality is super ultimate so if you are planning for anything to get fix expect atleast 14 days of time for that if all goes well and you have kept on approaching them several of times.
That's what my experience is that I can think of now but I am sure there are alot more that I have missed.
