★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst society in terms of amenities. RWA is good for nothing. I wish I could give sub zero rating. Most of the times the lifts are not working. RWA does not take any action. People in charge of maintenance are money minded filthy politicians. In short - " Tu janta nahi hain Mera baap kaun hai" type of people who cares only about themselves.
Residents pay so much maintenance fee, however in the name of facilities we don't even have operational lifts. Everytime there is power cut the lifts get into out of service mode. No matter how much one raises a hue and cry all falls in deaf ears of the authorities who are just sitting there to make easy money out of the maintenance fees that we pay. In the name of generator backup, the capacity of generators installed are not able to take full load. Power keeps getting tripped. Rules and regulations are just on sign boards, papers and notice boards. There is no enforcement by authorities. Full gundaraj. So, folks if you are looking for a place to stay with decent amenities and people around with atleast basic facilities surely Ozone Park is not the place
