When they zero waste they mean it because they do not even give you printed receipts as it is wastage, they send you on whatsapp instead, it is a very good idea and many stores should follow this. They have variety of products and all of them are provided in glass bottles or paper wrapped. Many types of soaps, scrubs, oils and moisturizers are available here.

For the most part I am very happy with the products and service. Home delivery has been a god send at times when I really needed it.
Something that has bothered me though at the Aundh branch and that is the lack of cleanliness...
2 or 3 shop personnel may be sitting down and looking at their phones and the shelves very dusty!
Another point is that I saw plastic being used to carry produce coming into the store.

As they promote zero waste and sustainability, produce is packed in paper bags. Although you are encouraged to bring your own containers!
The shop is conveniently located and easy to see. Parking is a bit of a problem, so park according to the day.
