★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw one of their cab drivers recklessly driving while on my way to work. He almost banged into another car ahead of him and sped away. Took a picture, tracked down the company phone number and called to register a complaint only to realize that their operator didn't even care about the situation. She was so unmindful that on requesting her name, she disconnected the call... who does that??
Unbelievable!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a Traveltime taxi on 5th June and the taxi had no AC, the meter was wrong as it showed excessive distance and the driver was not willing to accept that the meter was wrong. I will not take traveltime taxi again though I had used it several times earlier and had no serious problem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst taxi service in Pune. They don't respect customer's schedule and time. They always report late and give plethora of excuses. A big bunch of liars. Worst experience ever. Stay away from traveltime if you don't want to miss your flight.

he is doing a favour and then charges night charges , even if its not, Moreover,
if the toll free number is called, the person asks why i am late..and informs me to make
complaint next day....
