EXISTING EMPLOYEES HAVE BEEN PROVIDED WITH WFH. SPEAKING ABOUT SALARY UTS WAY TOO LESS CONSIDERING HOW COSTLY PUNE IS. THAT BEING SAID PLEASE NEVER EVER JOIN THIS COMPANY.THERE ARE MANY COMPANIES GIVING WFH, PLEASE SELECT WISELY.

I been part of a MS Office 365 process for almost 2 years.
The interview process was bit lengthy but i believe that was a part of hiring the best candidate. Training period was tough with exams and all. But at the end that give you the knowledge to explore.
Working culture is moderate and it also depends on your fellow mates/ Team.
Infrastructure and Canteen is average.
Freshers may feel the salary is less , but i felt they are paying you for your worth being fresher. Yearly Increment is very less.
I personally enjoyed working here as i could explore and grow in technology.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Payment scale is not worth. The organisation doesn't keeps promises done in HR discussion. Seniors on the floor only have attitude but not the knowledge. Even the promotion criteria is fishy. Worth people don't get promoted as per i have seen my seniors. OT is not given even working on extra hours.
