★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New review: After Sungard became FIS, a lot of employee friendly policies were thrown out. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone any longer. Thankfully, I had great immediate manager, but thats the end of it. The senior management, the HR, IT, pay roll departments are the reason why you get to hear those jokes on HR, IT people from comedians. Unless you have no other job, if you're willing to bear 3 months of notice period and below market salary (hr will trick you to reveal your current salary), excruciating interview process, you may apply here
Old review: Great place to work, friendly colleagues and productive work environment. They also have a roof top garden on the this third floor. Currently, they are hiring more people than the facility can accommodate.

FIS ( Fidelity information services) is Us headquartered Fintech company , currently the Global Fintech leader. Its a great company to work for in the Financial domain with businesses streams across capital markets , Banking ,Payments , Treasury services etc. pune office is in one of the prime location in Aundh also known as heart of the city and the location of the office is next to the Well known Westend Mall

Would never recommend anyone, even freshers would looking to nourish their career please don't join it, the practices here are worst. There's a lot of politics salary is out hold up, your promotions won't happen even working for 5yrs.

During LWD they expect employee to extend one more day and asked to work on LWD as well.
Managers are not aware of the policies and not able to take a stand for team.
Rubbish place to work ever.
