These people have no knowledge of 5S or those who give interviews, it seems that they must have been more educated. The bathroom is very dirty, I don't know how it lives in such a mess.

I think you preferred/required only Locally Candidates in low salary which they have work properly or not, Please focus on this issue. If given a chance I would like to work in your organization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst industry, extremely poor hygienic conditions, no safety norms, extremely poor salary breakup and above all the hr manager is rude as hell, it seems like she is the director of the firm and has the prima onus to quench out every bit of a worker's life.
I guess the hr have some tie up with consultancy services and thus they dupe new graduates to work there, as new graduates do not know what is the difference between daily wage production worker and an engineer.
Nothing at this place is worth learnrning, as senior staff is equally poor in their knowledge.
Also the products they make are not the real quality, don't expect to see any high performance machines like lapping etc.
They just have CNC and a poor heat treatment dept.
