★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a FARZI shop, sare upar ke reviews farzi he. Once they will sell you the product and then they will forget you Becoz they don't give any service to their customers. Even they consider customers as c*****a.
My experience
1. Purchased all equipments of WESTERN brand.
2. Many started defaulting
3. When I visited the shop, the owner did not paid attention to my problem
4. He treated me like a sadakchap
5. Finally I had to visit 3 times and still he behaved rudely and did not solve the problem
6. His attitude is not customer friendly
So I got thuged, hahaha....But u have options ( Havells, Usha etc.)
If u don't want to be treated like this, please don't buy from this shop.
The Western brand also should take extra care while distributing franchises, bcoz these behaviors of shop owners would be a disaster for the brand.
