★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sessions with Advaita have been very productive from the get go. She very insightful, understanding and empathetic, and has helped me in understanding and changing my thought patterns or underlying issues for my behaviors.
She's brutally honest and direct in her approach, and unlike other therapists I've dealt with, she tells you what you need to hear as opposed to just saying what you'd like to hear.
Appointments scheduled usually happen on time, and there's not too much waiting involved.
