During my tenure as his Associate I attended proceedings in all the District Courts, High Court, Supreme Court, Tribunals in Delhi such as Registrar Trade Mark, National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, Custom Excise Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal, etc. Working under his excellent guidance not only provided me opportunity and exposure to the world of Litigation but also helped me learn the art of reading, analyzing and presenting documents and sharpen my Legal Drafting skills. The matters which I as an Associate have worked upon in the past three years are mainly Commercial disputes, Cheque Bounce, Arbitration, Employment related matters, Trade mark matters, Insolvency and Bankruptcy cases, Recovery cases, etc. The pecuniary jurisdiction of Saket Court, New Delhi is up to Rupees Two Crores. It is worth mentioning that Saket Court, New Delhi is the best District Court in Delhi in terms of infrastructure, security, well maintained Court rooms and Lawyers Chambers. In my view the scope of work here at Saket Court, New Delhi is vast for fresher law graduates interested in litigation.

During my tenure, I attended proceedings in various Courts such as Tis Hazari, Karkardooma Court, various Tribunals such as NCLT, Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court as well.

I applied through email ID. I received a call from sir confirming my internship. He asked me about my travel and timing convenience which I felt like was a very good move by sir by taking care of interns.
I interned under sir at Saket court, Delhi.He is a very good mentor I learned many aspects of law from him. During my tenure I got an opportunity to work on cases related to matrimonial disputes, matters related to retrial dues , etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am Princy Mishra, final year law student at Lloyd law college, Greater Noida. I worked with Amaresh Sir as an intern for a duration of two months. I applied through his website and got a call back from Sir the very next day. Sir asked me about my area of interests and made sure to assign me work on those same areas during the tenure of my internship. He informed me about the workhours and briefed me about the duties.
During the tenure of my internship i got an opportunity to work on cases relating to company laws including commercial issues, industrial disputes and matter related to trade also civil cases including matrimonial cases etc in Saket district court, Tis Hazari district court, Karkardooma district court and even Delhi high court. I got to witness trial sessions and the experience added a lot to my knowledge. It really helped me get rid of the fear of arguing in court and putting across your points. I was made to do a lot research relating to the same topics which also added a lot to my knowledge as i was then able to relate the information to real life scenarios. I also learned drafting.
Overall all it was a really nice experience working with Sir as it was really informative and interesting. i would like to Thank him for the constant support and guidance.
