This modern court represents modern India and its growing ability to provide justice to its citizens. Centrally air conditioned, neat toilets, facilities for clean drinking water, canteen and all other facilities makes it a very comfortable place. There are various levels of basement parking and also on the ground level inside the court complex. But the parking is only for Judges, Staff and Lawyers- Not for the litigants and general people. Common people have to park their vehicles at some distance away from court which is inconvinient. Towing vehicle immediately impound the vehicle if parked on the road side. Metro is a better choice to reach nearest metro station and to take sharing auto rikshaws as last mile connectivity.

This complex is very good the sense of infrastructure. But parking facility is not available for general public. There's very rush on the roadside private parking and it's to much far from court complex

I visited the District Court Saket today (Dec 11, 2021) for the first ever time. A traffic Lok Adalat was organised today in this court. I did not find it too crowded. May be because it was a Saturday and traffic challan related matters were only being taken up. I feel that the court complex is very spacious and well maintained. But the usual side-effects of it being a court complex are very much on display. For example, when I went inside, and tried to seek some assistance from black-coat wallah advocates, they would first ask me about the matter. On being told that I've come for the Traffic Adalat, they would ask me to take their services. On being politely refused, they would simply look the other way and refuse to guide me about the direction of Court No 8, with peculiar (not so accommodative) glances. In fact it became bit difficult for me to reach the Court Room. But, I must say the facilities here are reasonably better, as compared to the traditional district level courts. With 16 courts each in 5/6 floors of the court building, I am sure, it must be in a position to dispose off good number of cases now.

Splendid Infrastructure, Spacious buildings, built for years to come. A well designed campus for all the needs of Judges, Litigants and Parties. Lifts and Stairs are at proper places. Everything is so good. Photocopiers and Printers are also available in Lawyers Block. There are few eating booths but I couldnt find a proper canteen there.
