★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harassment given by government employer is added Harassment in this court. Many years passes but no justice given to staff. Very slow process in Delhi CAT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the court cases pertaining to central govt employees heard by CAT (service matters),This is a like a lower court for service matters,and in Delhi, Principal Bench situated at Copernicus Road which is connected near by metro station is Mandi House and Other is Patel chowk (2km distance) Chairman of CAT is sitting in court no 1, All the staff and lawyers are very coprative.Acute shortage of Judges the pendency of cases are very high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In pursuance of the amendment of Constitution of India by Article 323A, the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) got established.
In addition to Central Govt. (CG) employees, the GoI has notified a number of other organizations to bring them within the jurisdiction of the CAT.
The Tribunal has been conferred the power to exercise the same jurisdiction and authority in respect of contempt of itself as a High Court.
A sitting or retired Judge of a High Court heads the CAT as its Chairman. Besides the Chairman, the authorized strength consists of 16 Vice-Chairmen and 49 Members. The conditions of service and other perquisites available to the Chairman and Vice-Chairmen of the CAT shall be same as admissible to a serving Judge of a High Court as contained in the High Court Judges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delayed just justice denied justice. They are worse than clerks. They wasting time of government employees. Small cases are running two three years . Judges are wasting money and time of government. They coming late and leave the court without listing the cases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delayed justice is not a justice. if someone has a court hearing then atleast listen all cases who told you to enlist 120 cases on single session and two judges are unable to hear all the cases. enlist only 60 cases which is feasible to hear. Disappointed to Court system.
