My ex lawyer kept misguiding and delayed the case for 2 years and made every attempt to close my case having secret association with my ex wife. He provided proper guidance on the phone itself and as the total value of goods was less (approx 5k) he suggested to file it individually as the advocates fees itself would be more than total goods value.
Told me not to worry too much(about legal aspects) and go ahead and file the case.
Helped me briefly with information on where to go and how to file.
