Very knowledgeable trainer (specially Suraj sir). Never felt need of personal trainer. Might not be as big as other gym but quality of training is at very best. Training are design toward focused on improving person overall fitnes (Strength and endurance).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined Ady's gym after some health issues. I also asked Suraj sir for help in diet to recover from my liver issue. Suraj sir was spot on in diagnosing and suggesting appropriate diet along with fitness regime. And it has worked wonders. I have lost more than 6 kgs in last 3 months, in a much better shape and feeling much better now. My liver and kidneys are healthier as per the reports after 3 months. They gym is equipped with all the required instruments and Suraj sir and Jameer sir are pretty knowlegable and helpful. Thanks a ton to both.

But thanks to the owner/trainer at Ady’s Gym, Suraj… his guidance has changed my outlook towards fitness and now it has become a part of my lifestyle. He and his co-trainers, really helped me ease in for the first few weeks and motivated me to level up and I go on.
Overall, Gym is well equipped, the staff is very approachable and friendly, the vibrant and colourful environment… and to top it up with great music makes it more of your happy place than a workout station.
