β β β β β Unprofessional customer management. No discipline in terms of timing. Opening center at their will. Healthcare into businessman's hands. God save this country. Service is nowhere to be seen.

In response to comment: Please understand seriousness of your work and it may not be easy for someone to stay without food that long & plus handling the frustration of not getting response from your center. You may consider active management of calls 1.5 hours before opening of center.
Your on premise staff was well behaved so changing the rating from 1 to 3.
