★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt the service is good, but WHY do you guys keep your phones OFF. I was trying to call, but all your collection centre's numbers are SWITCHED OFF or Not Reachable. Like in Gaur City City 1, you have 1 collection centre and in Gaur City 2, you are having 2 collection centres, but all the numbers are not reachable. Please do something about it..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, paid extra amount due to paytm tech error and denied to give me the remaining amount back. I even offered them to keep the remaining amount to them and I'll get it adjusted in later bills. Even denied that. BLOOD SUCKERS.

The staff here can't even properly read the prescribed common tests and the staff was filling wrong test form and saying yahi likha hai. Totally unaware of the purpose of the test. They even don't know how to use their software, took 30 minutes but unable to fill test form.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is nearby with all standard tests available but the staffs here are really unprofessional and behave like novices. Often they might get incorrect tests done as they do not have proper knowledge of the test codes. So be sure about the tests you need to get done and always carry prescription. Do double check the tests when they ask you to confirm before payment.
The results are given well within stipulated time.
