★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst staff, cheaters, lies to patient, went there for xray, staff took whole money in advance and told to send report on whats app but even after repeated calls I have to wait for 2 days for a xray report.. Pathetic.. They don't care for patient's condition.. Never go there..

She is very cooperative and helpful..Always attends emergency on priority and has been supportive through entire pregnancy.. Doctors are the ones whom we look up to during our difficult times..If we find a right doctor life becomes easy...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional staff.. Appointment doesn't matter here.. You have to wait for 1 to 2 hours.. It seems there is no value of patients time... Doctor is good however reception deck is pathetic..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional, Whenever you need a consultation from Dr. Thakral you are made to wait atleast an hour .
In a single day I had to wait an hour in the morning doctor did not arrive evening again an hour and the doctor hasn't arrived. If you are working take the day off coz he is going to take his own sweet time to show up at the clinic and as most doctors do he might try and get this review removed but I'd do have his prescription call details from clinic confirming the time proving I happen to be an actual dissapointed patient

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's true they ask for unnecessary tests.... i think it's coz of there partnership with srl diagnostic, specially Dr vikas Gupta. I know it's unnecessary test coz I consult one of my family Dr he rectify the test.
In covid people are counting on Dr's and Dr Gupta made this time as earning.

I have been to many cities but harassing people is some thing these people do at the best.
Just money making facilities.
Look at the review below for :
Dr. Gaurav Thakral.
Dr. Vishal gupta.
Does not even deserve 1 rating.
Has no kindness towards patient bad service and illogical talking doctor and has no experience.
Believe me the ratings are all fake i have been there with my mother and they treated us like we have been asking for test free..
Worst experience ..
No humanity

2. I dont need any free work.. neither any money
3. Its strange that in this society even a Dr. Is threating an individual. - " to mind my words" ( I guess we live in an independent country to tell what we go through)
And yes you cannot recall bcoz you are a Dr. We regard you near to God for saving lives.. not just saying such words..!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic have a tie up with SRL Diagnostics... All Docs unnecessarily asks for test (in order to give business to SRL) and after getting the reports to show the reports they will again ask u for the doc fees.. just to see the reports... They are totally unprofessional..... N looteras.... Will not recommend to any one.. Better to opt other good docs and clinics...
