Recommend this doctor. Best value for money and great door to door pickup service and clean clinic. I had many missing and damaged teeth and received full makeover implants and crowns. My smile and eating function are 1000 percent improved. I saw a bad review here so posting mine to counter that. Choose your own hotel. I stayed at Bawa hotel in Juhu Beach which was amazing. Incredible continental breakfast buffet. I ate at street side cafes no problems bargain price local food. Plenty of street vendors will squeeze fresh fruit drinks for vitamin C boost. Had minor problems after fitting crowns but everything has settled in nicely now. My advice is allow extra time for fitting so you don’t have pressure of airport departure and allows them time to fine tune any issues. India is crazy unique place and you have to embrace the culture, enjoy the ride and let them work.

Visited Dr Ritika for treatment of chipped tooth for crown and root canal Was always conscious of my smile as had front chipped tooth since my teenage days As a kid a chipped my tooth while playing cricket and at that time I think dentistry was not so advanced as today When Dr Ritika checked my teeth She informed my root canal was not proper and to b repeated. I was surprised to know that now root canals can be done in single sitting n the it was completely painless. After which I visited her for the capping of the tooth. My biggest concern was I didn’t want it to look artificial and people to know that Its a artificial tooth. In just 3 visits a had a new tooth which completely matched the neighbouring tooth and no 1 can say I have a artificial tooth. Also for a cleanup and few fillings V happy with all dental treatments Happy to share my photos

Writing on behalf of my husband** Having travelled all the way to Mumbai to get my teeth done I have to say I was pretty disappointed. The first part of the trip wasn’t bad, my wife had all the dealings with Dr Ritika Arora and was impressed with the speed of response and made us feel at ease about going to Mumbai. She arranged to collect us from the hotel, she arranged the hotel for us to stay in etc (this so called 4* hotel sea princess was absolutely shocking, the service was non existent and gave me food poisoning which made me ill for a week after we left) The first part of the trip was fine she drilled all my teeth down into pegs and we left to go travelling then came back to have the veneers fitted. Upon return she fitted all of them, but one of them broke so she had to send off for the lab to make another another one. I was pretty happy with my teeth but my very front tooth was off colour and slightly stained in comparison to my other teeth, she later explained it was because my tooth underneath was yellow so she should of bleached the tooth underneath (this wasn’t provided as an option for me and by the time she told me I was leaving for england the next day so it was too late to do anything. The final day the lab had made my other tooth and she told us to get there for 3-4 the tooth didn’t turn up until nearly 6pm so we sat there for 2 hour waiting. Once she had fitted the final veener it was a completely different colour to the rest of my teeth, she tried to fob me off and tell me it would settle down. I was leaving at 2am the next morning and by the time I got back to the hotel it was 8pm. The only option she gave me was to get a cab back (1.5 hr drive) and she would put the first veener on that was broken, this wasn’t an option for me as I was leaving so early. And if she realised the colour was wrong why didn’t she suggest this when I was there?? She then said oh well you can always come back, as if just hopping back on a flight to Mumbai was so simple! All she could do is refund the cost of the veener and send the original veener to my hotel to get fitted in England? What good that is to me I don’t know! She would never write down in email or any texts the official price of anything, communication on that side wasn’t great! I had asked after the first appt to send me the final price after she knew exactly what I was having, veeners, bridge and root canals etc but she kept putting it off and wouldn’t give a final price until 5 days later, this price was $700 more than she had originally quoted me which was $5200, I contested it and she said well how are you paying? I was confused as to why this should matter, she then dropped the price to $4500. All in all I don’t have the brightest white smile that I had asked for and paid for, 2 teeth are the wrong colour or off shaded! And I spent 8 days in an absolute dump of a place that I would never ever return to

I am from the US and was living in Africa when I needed some implants done. My global travel service recommended Dr. Ritika and my experience with her was fantastic! After I moved back to the States, I returned to India specifically to have her do more dental work for me. if not for Covid, I would return to India to finish the implant work she started. Both my dentist and oral surgeon here have commented on the high quality of work I received from her. Her clinic is exceptionally clean and her staff are very nice. Dr. Ritika was also very attentive to my travel needs and even sent cars to pick me up for my appointments. Plus, It costs me less to take a 2-week vacation AND get multiple implants than to get just 1 implant on the US! I highly recommend her, and look forward to when I can go back to visit enchanting India.
