★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very bad experience with my booking. Had booked an video call appointment for Sunday 10.30am on Practo. At the stipulated time doctor sends a message we need to send the pic of the problem & he will call back.
I messaged saying that it is video call appointment & appreciate if he could be available on video so that we can complete our visit on time. He replied that it is on-line appointment & he is not available at his clinic & asked to send the pics & he would get back within 24 hours. I replied that I am sending the pics in few minutes.
He then canceled the appointment & informed Practo that the patient was abusive. When I called his office I was informed that I should get refund from Practo. When I contacted Practo they said they would not be able to refund as the doctor has alleged that the patient was abusive.
I had to send the screenshot of our messages to Practo & then they realised that the doctor was wrong & apologised for the same.
