★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place, very talented coaches. I have joined here 2.5 months back, I was around 85 kgs, and today I'm at 71. In such a short duration such a result oriented efforts and all the scientific methods made this possible only at AFC. 71 kgs weight is my lowest of past 8 years and could not thank you more to AFC for such an amazing results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gym is well equipped and the trainers are ready to clear all your queries. Operating staff is very polite and courteous. The owner Hashimbhai is a national level athlete and a natural bodybuilder. He has inspired me and many others to take up their fitness seriously. And like he always says "Ham fit to India fit", and my personal favourite "Khate peete ghar ka lagne ke liye kamar ka faila hua hona jaruri nahi hai."

Majority of them are physiotherapist who have technical knowledge about our body and they plan diet and exercise routine accordingly... Also they conduct regular batches of yoga, aerobics, combat boxing, abs workout besides gym activities like cardio strength etc. Highly recommended

As I have problem so I go to many such other gyms to lose my weight but no result came from them but when I join these AFC gym I get the result very well even my doctors were also happy to see my weight getting lose..
