★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst of the worst. Are now 5 years that I live in Delhi and I've never experienced something like this. I'll just say that after the hair cut I went to another hair dresser to fix the mess made by these unprofessional idiots. Don't you ever get an haircut in this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a great experience on my very first visit even after being an elite member... over-charged for the Hair colouring services, lot of mis-communication, the charges were discussed and locked with the manager before the service and post the service, they refused to acknowledge those charges and we had no choice but paying a higher charge... The service is not prompt even being a flagship store... staff has to be called time and again for the service.... not visiting this salon again ?

Tom did my hair which was fantastically styled!! I would highly recommend him!
Nakul, Avinash, Akash and Meenuka pampered me plenty with various treatments!!!
Owner is quite strict but it reflects well on the quality of service and cleanliness!
Should reward his wonderful staff for excellent work ethics and attention to detail.
If you want to feel like a queen, come here!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mismanaged and horrible manager and communication issues. Don’t go here if a women - ok for men and barber services. They are awful with color and overcharge everything ... staff needs training for what they are trying to charge for. And management is lazy and doesn’t understand women’s hair... all they care about it charging money regardless of its what the clients wants...... it’s pathetic. Charged me 15,000 for a keratin and bleached my hair the sameday....they have destroyed my hair and I paid 50,000.....
