★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been associated with affinity since a year and have taken membership as well (Silver jubilee for 25k).
The front desk lady (Jyoti) seems receptionist is a cunning woman, Though she will act stupid. She would pretend that she is polite but she is the most ill-mannered women in service industry I have ever seen. She charged me more for haircut and when I showed her my old bill then In defence she gave an argument that another affinity outlet has charged you less by mistake, which was ofcourse not the case. Finally she started showing her values inherited.
I would recommend you to not to visit Affinity Salon and at least not
(GK-2 Affinity branch) otherwise this lady can make you feel embarrass in front of all and will charge you more well.
P.S : Brand affinity should think about such people in organization else they would ruin your little left brand image.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's located at the beginning of the GK1 market from Brown Sufar side. It's on 1st floor. Only way to reach is a flight of stairs. It's a large neat and clean place with about 12 chairs for hair dressing and a bridal room. They have about 20 staff working. Hair cutting was ok. Price for hair cut for ladies is Rs. 1,200/- only including taxes. Liked it but a bit expensive though ?

Service was not of the professional level and when complained, the lady in-charge at the reception at GK2 didn't agree to the point that the service was not at mark. It is so bad which means you have to just agree to what quality of service they are providing disregarding our own comfort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been associated with Affinity chain from last 4 years. Today went to GK 2 branch and had a worst experience. The lady at the reception so called claimed to be working in the brand from last 15 years with no basic manners to work in the service industry and how to address the clients. She being an Indian take it as an insult if you speak with her in your national language "Hindi".My advise to her that she can migrate to any of the English speaking country to satisfy her heads. To cut short, my since request from all the readers if you don't wish to waste your time and money kindly never visit that branch.Staff like this spoils the brand name and is a liability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place great service. Went there for a quick party makeup. The job they did on my face and hair was wow. Made an excellent hairdo with amazing makeup. Throughout the time the makeup artist Mr. Dev was very concerned about my comfort and my choices. I am not much of a make-up person. So he took care of tgat and did exactly upto my comfort level. A little pricy. But worth the money.
My recommendation goes with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional staff. They gossip in front of you talk loudly and even eat snacks in front of the client while she is getting her bridal makeup done ! Very dirty and small rooms. Cleanliness not maintained at all. Cheap Hindi songs were blasting on full volume. Not at all a relaxing experience. Card machine never works. Untrained and unprofessional staff. Not worth the amount they charge. The working of the salon is almost like a small cheap Parlour with loud staff. Staff is very lazy didn’t even help me put on my bridal jewellery and other small things after charging such an exorbitant amount
