Affinity salon - New Delhi

Not a nice experience. Unprofessional, arguing and callous staff. They will just sell you some stuff to make their incentives without even accessing the need, when you go back to them, the answer it, "Stop using it for few month" Really? I spend fortunes on it. I am paying hefty service and luxury taxes for this treatment. Seriously i need to think twice before going there.

Pathetic n unprofessional staff. I've had the bad experience twice from the guy Azhar, who always are in hurry n don't even pay attention to what client is asking for. Most disgusting thing is they leave the client in between for a lunch or attending other clients. They aren't worth a single penny rather their rates are on a higher side. DON'T GO their to waste money n getting pissed off. Disgusting staff altogether. Either it should be shut down or change the staff. Looks staff is much better than them.

How does one give them a negative 10 ? It is by far, the most disgustingly unprofessional place I have ever come across. Needs a complete makeover and change of management. Full of attitude to say the least. I should have never gone back after they, so called, accidentally chopped off my toe, whilst doing a pedicure.

A terrible haircut, careless and untrained professionals.. uneven unflaterring cutting techniques and the haircut ended up being so much different than the brief.Have also ended up with uneven eyebrows for until they grow out.. something as easy and basic as cleaning out extras of eyebrows..not even shaping..they have even managed to suck at that..

Gone there for hair rebonding, waxing and threading-upperlips. Horrible experience in each of the service. Hair rebonding: hair are supposed to be straight, silky and shiny. But after getting my hair rebonding from this salon, got wavy, dry and dull hair. Spent ₹ 11,000 on hair rebonding and haven't got service even worth ₹1. Haircut: hair cut service is not completed even after 2 months of hair rebonding. Waxing: I don't know should I laugh or cry, spent ₹1500 onarms and legs waxing, got one arm unwaxed. They didn't even ask person wants normal wax or other type, staright away started with highest priced wax. Threading: quite painful and eyebrows shape is in mess because of this salon. Upperlips: omg, second biggest disaster: left lip was not even cleaned . I saw after reaching home, it looked like I had taken only one side of lips to salon. Services: quite unprofessional. People argue and they are really inconsiderate. Staff treat the customers like servants. All these services have been really painful for me and really expensive. If I talk about upperlips, it was really very painful and I had to go through this horrible pain twice because their so trained staff didn't complete in one sitting. They tangle hair so much that they throw so much of hair why styling. I saw they did this to their every customer. I don't know why people visit such places. If I compare services of this salon with other leading brands then I find suitable prices for good services. Lakme and Geetanjali charge ₹999 for wax while same service is cahrges at ₹1500 at affinity. Threading and upperlips are also overpriced. I have been to other outlets of affinity in Rajouri garden and Punjabi Bagh for bridal package and hair Coloring and have got disappointed for some services like make up, hair color also. But these salons are atleast good at some services (not all). If I talk about DefCol outlet of affinity, it's not worth visiting for any service. My advice would be it should be shut down so that people would not be robbed. But even the management is unprofessional . I wrote email to zonal manager of affinity about 2 months ago, still there is no reply. There is not even a call for regret that I had to go through such misery at affinity DefCol outlet. I suggest everybody, please please don't go to such horrible salon.
