★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most shoddy lab. They are liars, they do not inform you that they don't offer MRI, CT SCAN or Ultrasound Services. After taking the payment they'll make you walk across to Delhi MRI for tests. Uninformed bunch of people running this most unprofessionally. You don't want to go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Afflatus to know about certain tests and I was delighted with the knowledge and patience of staff. They understood my need and sent their sample collector within 30 minutes. He collected sample in very professional and hygenic manner, and the receptionist lady asked me about my feedback and any issues over the phone. I am glad that good lab is close to my locality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorest lab, they take your money ? only. No reports after 7 days of sample taking.
Second thing they only take sample and send the sample to another pathology.
In my case for RT PCR test they(afflatus path labs) charged me 1200 rupee and then they send my sample to another pathology (capital pathology).They don't have tracking system,Nothing. Every time you call they say ho jayega kal sir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there today to get my cousin tested for RTPCR. They didn't have POS machine for payment but I was able to make the UPI payment.
Also, The lab remains opens 24 hours (Meaning, someone is there to attend the call) but patient walkin is between 7:30 a. m. and 10:30 p. m.
They provide reort within 6 hours, and they just whatsApp the report as soon as result is declared. Which is what I wanted, because I had appointment at AIIMS at 2:30 p. m.
I got my cousin (who is physically disabled) tested at 9:30 a. m., they came downstairs to take his sample.
The only con I found is - They charge 1200 INR for something as basic and crucial as RTPCR.
