★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kuch kahi mile ya nahi yaha zarur milta hai must try store with 10% discount too. I tried whole Yusuf Sarai and Gautam Nagar to get Amul Grated Cheese but kahi nahi mila except this place. I will highly recommend this place , items are very well organised

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to buy eggs. All of them were expired. I was standing there sifting through the boxes to find one that wasn't expired. And all this while two salesmen were looking at me from the billing counter. And they did not warn me that the eggs were expired.
As soon as I turned to them to ask about the eggs, before I could even say anything they said 'We know the eggs are old'.
What kind of customer service is there where they stare at me trying to find fresh eggs while knowing all the while that none exist.
And this is my second such incident here. In the first instance the flavoured yoghurt packets were all expired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience. Big time frauds. I really doubt if the reviews on Google are real after today's experience.
Firstly no bill provided for the purchase for which a police complaint can be made. Plus their was irregularity in the amount and it was overcharged in the bill screen they showed on computer. He was not even apologetic about it as if it was completely usual. On top of that he had the audacity to say that we don't give the usual discount because of lockdown. Seriously what business strategy is that. Plus when I asked the staff to connect to their senior he didn't even take the call with a take it or leave it attitude.
I am going to file a police complaint against the manager as I have full drama on the video.
