★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buying from here part was fascinating as there were enormous options to choose from. I Bought a Fittrip Viper from here 6 months ago. Bycycle was perfectly all right except a minor sound in handle bar. Got the cycle serviced @ ₹1200 yesterday and now the gears are not working properly, when asked, the machanic's excuse was it was faulty before servicing and now the whole gear has to be replaced (imagine replacing the gear set of a new ₹20,000 bycycle) Very unprofessional and disappointing.
Advisory: get your cycle properly checked by their mechanics before giving in service or later they will charge you for damages they do during servicing. However I got my cycle gears adjusted at ₹100 only at a nearby roadside cycle repairing shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they don’t try to oversell anything. We’ve brought three different bikes in for new parts and/or repairs, and on each occasion, they did the job quickly and at a fair price (even steering us to less expensive options). Very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best customer service I have ever received. Vivek spent literally 2 1/2 hours chatting with me about bikes and cycling with no assumption that I was going to make a purchase. His passion, authenticity and knowledge were clearly evident and his price was exceptionally fair to boot. He also showed great care in ensuring my riding experience would be as pleasurable as possible, ensuring bike fasteners were torqued to spec before I left the shop!, it’s worth every penny you spend. This guy isn’t a salesman but a true lover of cycling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are a lot of bike shops in New Delhi but very few with great reviews. This shop had the best reviews I could find. When I picked up my bike after getting a tune up, I told them I can see why you have the best reviews in the City. This shop is super friendly, very knowledgeable and very efficient. I dropped my bike off Sat afternoon and got a call that it was ready around noon on Mon. The whole experience was easy and quick and the work they did on the bike was fantastic. I needed my brakes fixed as well as a squeak with my front wheel and a few other minor adjustments. I highly recommend this shop!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vivek & Supreme cycles are AMAZING. Best service I have had from a bike shop in a long time. Super accommodating, knowledgeable, friendly. Appreciated how quickly they were able to turn around my bike. His crew was awesome too - I walked in and the guy who serviced my bike remembered my name and bike (after having stopped by for the first time for all of five minutes the day prior). Damn good customer service! As for their bike mechanic skills - rode my hybrid bike today after the service and it’s PERFECT; all problems solved! Thank you SUPREME.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place. Maybe is luck or maybe its just that it is the perfect place for me. I used to come to this store all the time a few years back and stopped because I moved out of the city. Back then it was great but the other day their service got me beyond happy. I had called about 15 other stores looking for a bike for my friend. All of them either didn't have any or didn't pick up which it's okay we are still in the middle of a pandemic. When I call Supreme cycle there was a very honest message saying that due to the high volume of customers they could not assist people on the phone that the best option I had was to pass by and that the inventory was not updated. I truly appreciated this message because other stores placed me on hold for hours and some did not even pick up. I arrived at the store made my line and was lucky enough to find out that they had just gotten a bike like the one I was looking for. They kindly asked me to wait for it to be an ensemble. I was able to walk out of the store with my friend's bike after such a journey in New Delhi.
