They are a fab company, very trustworthy, great value for money and led by a lovely man called Sachin Seth and Arun Kumar. I’ve been to this shop countless times with issues ranging from broken phone screens to MacBook Pro issues and mobile accessories. Toughees is an Apple reseller. I trust this company with Apple products and it is my pleasure to recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i was terrified when my ipad went down. i didn't know what happened and what to do now during covid times to get it repaired. Moreover being an advocate it was an important gadget as i cant trust anyone easily . I came across Toughees telecom, i spoke to them over the phone, hesitantly i went their wondering what safety procedures they are following, the staff was well hygiene, everybody was wearing masks and hand sanitiser was available at doorstep, the owner was very concerned about safety , he was very professional, satisfied me mentally as he took my ipad, he didnt even ask for the password, didn't even took in some back room to work upon, everything was done right infront of me within 30 mins.
i highly recommend this business to everyone. Fast service at affordable price. Definitely would like to visit again. 10/10. Happy customer.
