★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anyone who planning her for rent the home please stay away from this society. Very bad experience of the society members especially security who don't care about rented member. Here what we have experienced.
1. Your agent will make you buy the rent flat in high value because this society have BMC water supply and you don't need to buy drinking water here. Really!!!!!. To my surprise after you are rented and done with clearing all your payment like deposit, brokerage, advance rent. You will feel cheated. You will see tanker water coming and mixing BMC water and offcourse you have to buy drinking water from outside.
1. Sometime you will not get water supply in your flat. When you ask security who handle water tank might forgot to turn off water to your flat. He will just tell you hum kuch nahi kar sakte hai. You will have to go office withouty bath for 2 days. Think twice about when you don't get water for toilet and wash your hand, you have to use drinking water that you are paying from hardly earned money.
3. If you own a car you will asked to park your car outside on road so the flat is not for you.
Think 10 times if you want to buy flat in this society. I am sharing my experience just becoz new comer won't suffer. Thank you
