★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have had the best experience in the past, about 35 years ago when Dr. Prem Aggarwal had done the procedure to remove cataract in my Mother's eyes. Was back again in September 2020, only to experience more receptive and pleasant experience. Things have changed with time, with most modern equipments, however the receptiveness and warmth of Doctor and assistants remains.
Highly recommend everyone, of all ages, to take care of their eyes with the able assistance at this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I had asked for doctors appointment as there was emergency... On my way I called up to inform that I was running late and there cld be delay of ten minutes.
To my horror the lady on the phone was very rude and immediately started to refuse saying ,"I had told that you cannot delay even for a minute...."
I requested to her as I have a five months old kids who was feeding thus I got late but that lady was just not ready to listen... I was so annoyed and warned her about writing a review and then she mellowed saying ma'am and etc. Though it was too late and in the end I had to shift to another eye specialist...
The rates are also too high and the staff is very rude ... I know for sure that I won't be visiting there ever again
