Agarwal Traders services and response are extremely poor. Salesman available in showroom having poor knowledge about their displayed products due to this they use to misguide customers. After sale of product never use to accept their faults.
I had purchased 5 nos. Jaquar Toilet Seat and other sanitary items, before buying these salesman told that all are same and can be mount on same specifications of installed rack bolts, which we purchased earlier one. But they misguided us and mounting was not found same and they denied to accept this after sale.
Further out of 5 seats one seat was found manufacturing defects on internal sealing joints. Same was informed to Mr. Agarwal but so for they haven’t done anything to replace the defective product and ask to call customer care.
This is not at all acceptable by any customer and this is responsibility of shop owner to replace the defective products without any delay. So this is my personal advise what be faced from Agarwal Traders Outlet Phase 9 Mohali that please prefer some other outlet/ Shop to purchase any kind of Jaquar products & accessories and avoid visiting this shop for unnecessary harassment after investing hard earned money.
