★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst sanitary store in the tricity. They will fool you into selling their defective stock and then won’t even replace them. Even if they decide to replace the item they will hand over a non matching cheap piece to compensate. Also the guys/ staff in the store are really rude and unprofessional. They will force you and rush you into making decisions before you realise you made the wrong choice. Please never go to this store. Bunch of crooks who don’t give a damn about the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. They overcharged for the products- mentioned a different amount and then billed extra. The sales person would talk unnecessarily to you while the bill is being made so you don't question anything. Do not fall into their words. After all the drama, the product i got was cracked and unusable. They mention 10 years warranty for their products but provide the worst service and the rudest replies once the bill (kacha ofcourse) is made. Please don't go to this shop unless you want to feel cheated and like to overpay for cheap products.
