★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The car came back more dirty than previously given. Pathetic service. They charged for brake oil but didn't not do, they charged for windows lubrication but did nor give the service. There was dust and mud all over and the service man came with a dirty dry cloth and started cleaning in front of me when asked. Steering, doors, dashbaord all was just dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave the car for clutch cylinder replacement and general cleaning.
First they negotiated for original bill not available, then on prodding they agreed to give their own warranty but didn't show me the new part that was replaced.
For cleaning, they charged 1000rs but did not clean the car at all. The seat had mud and dust partixle, dashboard was dirty, wiper oil and lubrication, door lock lubrication etc was not done at all eve though it's a part of hygiene servicing. It was terrible. None of the servicemen wore mask and they were extremely dirty themselves.
Next, they couldn't replace the wiper water tank even after keeping the car for 3 days which was completely useless. I asked them 4 times to get petrol filled and charge for it with receipt but they brought the car empty.
They kept my car for 1 week even though it was a 1 day job, I don't know if they used my car for intra city purposes or not but they brought back an empty tank.
Extremely unprofessional and not worth your money.
I paid them 6500 for a job worth 4500 because I wanted to get rid of them and get back my car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited this service centre multiple times since the last 2 years for my VW 1.5 Cross Polo Diesel. The owner Mr. Pawan Yadav is very gentle, soft speaking & highly intelligent person. He was earlier the top supervisor at Skoda , Agra, for many years. He has an extensive experience of high end cars as well as low end cars. You can always negotiate the final service charges with him. He is always very well behaved with a smile.
In my experience in India & Abroad i think that this workshop is well maintained & of a high standard.
