★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The HOHO guest relation executive Mr Chandan was very helpful, cooperative and humane.
The guide at Agra was disgusting !! He was only interested in making extra money, had no knowledge, did not provide any guide service. Please change him.
The bus was clean, on time.
It was a good trip.

Worth the money.A very well organised site seeing trips within Delhi to Agra by volvo bus.I took there service for Agra Mathura,Vrindavan trip and liked their service very much. And believe it, it's economical too. I had an awesome trip with my family. Well organized tour and helpful staff. All instructions were clear and helpful.hank you so much for a memorable holiday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very punctual, well organized tour package. On board tour guide Mr. Dipin took good care of all. Pilot driver Mr. Deepak drove in a very professional manner all throughout. Local guide Mr. Ravi explained in detail about all the monuments. Time spent at each place of interest was adequate. Stops for breakfast, lunch and dinner were at decent place. Bus was very comfortable. All in all I highly recommend HoHo travels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have good guides polite and punctual. Bus is clean. Diver is also very good.
The thing is one day tour is not enough who wants to explore things in details. It only gives you an overview.
We had been guided by Mr. Dipin Kasturiya who is a very professional guide and talks very gently.
I am letting them one star behind because there is always room for improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good experience by Purple bus services. On time schedule, on board washroom, clean and comfortable interiors are some of the good thing of this tour. Mr. Dipin is very decent and knowledgeable person who guided us through the Agra tour.
Suggestion: Remove Vrindavan and allot more time for Agra Fort from your list.

Cons
1: it was stated to be Volvo but it was an AC bus with moderate seating quality.
2: It was stated in website that attached bathroom was there in bus, but it was not.
Pros
1: Very well organised in terms of scheduling pick up and drop
2: Best part is trip coordinator took an extra mile to look for us when we were lost in Mathura.Kudos to you guys.
3: Cordial and Cooperative staff (Peter dinker).There was one more guide in Agra( i forgot the name) , who was aged but very cooperative and Cordial.
Overall experience good. Would recommend others.

Our tour guide Dipen was very knowledgeable, gave clear and interesting narratives throughout the tour, was very attentive to guests needs and made the ride fun. Another stong point was his instructions at each location as to what to expect and what we were allowed to carry in with us, and not too much pressure to buy things at the shopping points as I experienced with some others tour companies. I would highly recommend without hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had just started a trip with Agra One. Very disappointed with the quality of the bus. The bus is nothing close to what is seen in the picture. The coordinator Sushanth is not even ready to respond. I double checked the seat allocation multiple times we are now given a the last bench seat in the bus. It is dirty. Special day is totally ruined.
