About Riya - The Travel Expert
What started as an idea and vision of Mr. GMJ Thampy in 1980 is now one of the leading enterprise in the travel industry. Riya Group Enterprise started off with its overseas manpower wing in the 1980 and today has built an empire with more than 8 business verticals, which continue to expand. Building an enterprise so vast is no easy feat, but Mr. Thampy with his experience and able leadership skills have managed to grow the company beyond anyone’s imagination over the last 4 decades and he believes the journey has only just begun.
His hegemony is participative and encouraging. He strongly believes and values taking everyone along in the journey and his respect remains the same for everyone, from the junior most to senior staffs. This makes everyone respect him all the more. One of the most remarkable things about Mr. Thampy is that he has never compromised on work ethics or sought favours from any political outfit. The company has been successful purely because of the perseverance he has shown over the years.

I had communication with an employee named Shalini in Riya Travels for a Remittance of 50397 Rupees which was to be credited in my friends account in Canada as 950 CAD, this girl made a wrong transaction due to which we get delayed for 40+ days, after that she denied to do work on that because as per her She was unable to do anything in this matter anymore.
So many days passes but we didn't received any amount neither in Rupees nor in CAD, then I approached to her senior Mr.Jayan.
After a long discussion he tried again to do the Remittance but he also failed due to some mistakes of Riya Travels employees, after waiting for a long time and attempt of 100+ calls I didn't got any solution.
Then they committed me to refund my complete amount of 50397 but 2 days earlier we got only 45807 Rupees. I asked for my rest amount then they are denying to give that amount because as per them they have charged commission.
Now, if I didn't got any service also mentally harassed by these people then why I should bear this amount.
Mistakes Riya travel employees will do and punishment customer will take. I need justice on that Soon.

We went in to ask for help with our train tickets, since we did not understand the cryptic Indian booking system. They lied straight in our face and told us the tickets were not confirmed, whereas they later turned out to be. The store pretends to be helpful tourist office but is in reality a scam looking to sell services.

Only delay I got was from reception area Otherwise everything was perfect?
