★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and ill mannered consultants. Bare minimum knowledge and on top on that they don't tell you clearly if they can actually help or not with your case. Not at all helpful. They will schedule consultations as per their convenience and and not take into account your time and requirements. Once you raise a complaint, they will call you once and if unanswered, ( they call at a time when I cant take their call despite me informing many times that it isn't suitable for me to take call as I'm working) they will "close your case" within 7 mins. No customer care support. Highly disappointed.

She provided me with all the knowledge and steps which an induvidual needs to know about the process without any confusion. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have paid around 2 lakhs for different services to them for Canada PR, Work and Study visa. But now I feel I have paid them to destroy my career and block all my paths to Canada. They took money, gave worst suggestions and left me with having negative results in my hand. Their consultants pretend like they know everything and their services are best in immigration, work and study permits, but reality is exactly different from this.
I remember, when my study permit got refused by the Canadian High Commission and I decided to consult other consultants and asked for refund, one of their consultants (I know the name, but do not want to disclose the same and also I have the call recordings) from Barakhamba Branch, New Delhi said "Delhi mein toh koi paani free bhi me nahi deta, aur tumko visa chahiye". Such disgusting statement came from a person who is a senior consultant and knows very well that I made a payment of around 2 lakhs. Later, they paid me 10k as settlement after wasting more than two years of my life by telling me stories of getting visa.
I can say, they are most irresponsible and worst consultancy. I have all the recordings, documents and emails to prove their incompetence. I highly recommend not to visit them. If I could rate them with negative stars, I would have done that.

Simar uppal is an amazing person who has helped a lot and is always available.
Even if your query has been forwarded to the next team she will be the one regularly following up.
Y-axis should appreciate and reward such employees as they build connect and help us so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not waste your money on Y -Axis, they don’t know anything except looting people. They all tell you to evaluate your profile first before proceeding with any analysis and they tell you that its a brief 10-20 pager report. However, this useless report is only for one page and all other pages are their advertisement. And that one page report is not worth paying them money as you can evaluate that by yourself. I asked them to evaluate my report properly and they only responded that its a standard report.The people working in their branches are not cooperative at all.
They are extremely money minded and worthless. They say that they have 99% success rate and when asked for any related data then they say that they can’t share it.
If you are really serious about your career and care about your money then go to some other overseas consultant.
