★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever, No professionalism or respect for patient condition at all, the staff keeps you waiting unnecessarily while all they do is suffering on their phones and joking around with each other, I only saw cleaning people do their work properly, I took my mom for CT scan and she was not able to sit as she was feeling so much restless as she is a cancer patient and they literally took around 2 hours to start the CT scan procedure, where as there was no other patient available at the moment, please do not go over the 4.5 ratings it must be given by the know ones and the employees, To the owner, if you want to keep your centre running please change your staff or teach them professionalism.
P.S - Yes they are human and they can surf on their phones and joke around with each other but not when you have a patient to attend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are doing good in this Pandemic(Proper appointments/no need to wait in queue for test/Gpay-Phone Pay available) but but but ... "Need to provide professional service to provide reports once we are done with the tests during this tough time". They said to give CT SCAN report via whatsapp on next day(softcopy) but a lady(attender on a call) told us to collect from center and she said we can't give you on watsap as we are busy and when requested and made her aware about urgency then she behaved rudely like a govt. employee "ok will share after lunch time", even after 1 hour and making 5-6 attempts, then she sent but was very unprofessional. On time reports are really very necessary to provide a correct treatment to a patient and for that you can not ignore at last moment and sometimes it's tough to go 20 kms collect a single report and we have chosen you only for better service instead of other labs(central/sodani).
