★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been ordering their Kesar falooda every day since last five months. It's the same order "ek kesar falooda bina sev aur tutti frutti". To be delivered at the same address. It's the same person who answers the phone since day one. Due to some glitch in my husband's phone today he had to ask the guy whether he understood the order or not a couple of times more because there have been errors in the past which were kindly overlooked. Now this fellow bombarded my husband by "SCOLDING" him tht does he not understand that he should talk quickly, that there is so much rush at the shop there and so on... I was taken aback by the rudeness of the owner(?) who seemed exceptionally unapologetic when I called back to cancel the order. It really annoyed me that this place has absolutely no value for loyal customers and even their servers behave as if they are doing us a big favor by serving us. I hope my review reach the concerned person and he realize his mistake in the least.
Well, as they say all's well that ends well. The whole of the above episode and what followed was all said and done in the heat of the moment. Not deleting that part of the review. Adding this new one to make up for it. Still go to that place for my favourite falooda.
