★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hand movement doesn't make any effect on delivery quantity, if any one has doubt it can be checked through 5 ltr measure, 1st by filling directly by locking Nozzle, and secondly by filling through any type of hand movement and cut off nozzle any number of time, the quantity will remain same.
If any one can prove any difference in quantity due to this hand movement I will pay him 1000 Prize.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are Three type of players in Oil industry viz. PSUs & private player (indian oil, Hindustan petroliyam & bharat petroliyam)
Part of Profit of PSU’s goes to GOI directly but in case of private players their whole motive is to earn profit but PSU’s like IOCL care about people even if they are bearing losses by selling petroleum products to far flung areas like Ziro,Leh-Ladakh.
PSU’s have social responsibility along with making profit.
So in my opinion if I have a choice I will go to petrol pump of a PSU.
PS:Product quality of every petrol pump is more or less same because they have to comply with BIS specs.
