he treated so badly ..
We asked about to on the fan and ac in this hot summer but he denied and said khana ho khao wrna namste .. this is not ur hotel..
this behaviour with ladies is not tolerable..
so bad customer service ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's our usual go to destination for Veg meals for family. The taste is awesome and so the service. They have sufficient open space to dine-in at under the sky as well as party hall. They have take away service as well which is good so far.All the best for the providing good meals to Burhanpuri..keep it up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I believe in giving chances but when it has happened thrice(different days), it's strike.
Have taken parcel with specially asking again and again for less chilly in the food as it is mostly for the elderly people at home. Even at the time of taking the parcel, same was confirmed staff again.
But after reaching home what do we find - inconsumable level of chilly in everything (dal, sabji). It's like the cook was offended when asked for lower spice and chilly. Had to throw away the food as it could not be eaten by elderly.
