★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall good arrangements, security is good the main problem in PGS are food we all know that we can't get the food as our home... The food quality is not so good cz i experienced it..
Electricity and water facilities are okk
Cleaning facilities are also ok ok!!
Next you have to pay the electricity bill on your own acc to 14rs per unit...
Rent is nearly 7k for sharing without AC

Do not dare to stay here! I repeat! Do not dare to stay here. Anything can happen to you. You may even get killed in the area
It is a very dangerous neighborhood. Crime rate is very high. The PG is not like what it shows in the photos or on the website it is very bad and unhygienic rooms.
You are ought to get food poisoning or diarrhoea if you eat their food. It is prepared it the morning and is served for whole day stale with flies and mouse over it.
The owner would talk sweet and would say one price in the beginning but as soon as time passes he would increase the price immediately and would ask you to pay immediately or else you won't be allowed back inside. And may even have to sleep on streets if you can't find another accomodation or pay. And he won't return you your money even if you had paid in advance.
Speaking from my personal experience. Do not get into the owners words, the website has fake photos, the location on the map is fake, ask the owner about the photos of the PG from outside and the Galli it is in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE! THIS IS A FRAUD!!!
1) The PG is in a very bad and dangerous sketchy, dingy and dark, locality neighborhood. (You can even Google news about gun firing in Govindpuri)
2) The owner is a cheat. They won't give you your money back and keep asking for more. They would keep increasing the price and would fool you.
3) The photos shown by them are fake and hardly any room looks like that. Hardly any room has outside window.
4) The rooms are inhumanely small.
5) The food is unhygienic and there are mouse roaming around in the building
6) The maps location is different, it is in Galli 5A of govindpuri deep within the very narrow alleys, there is no proper road and it becomes like a "daldal" during monsoon.
7) There is a lot of crime around and at night it gets worse and dirty.
8) The owner is very sweet tongued and would get bitter as hell when it comes to money and would force you to pay more than what was said, would not even allow you to go to your room if you don't pay immediately.
