Didn’t apologise for delayed delivery but when we visited them the next day, they took an hour to JUST pack our stuff. We were getting late to catch our train and the laidback attitude of the owner almost made us miss our train because she took the longest time to count the money. And that one job also, she couldn’t do it right.
They’re extremely rude and arrogant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience here has been what you would truly call unprofessional and unpleasant. They will take the longest time to get your stuff ready and never stick to the deadlines for trial or delivery. Having purchased something as important as bridal lehenga, it was surprising to see their laidback, unconcerned and irresponsible behaviour in the final product. We had to make do with an unfinished product at the end since they took ages to even get that completed.

At the time of buying, everything will work out just well. Everything will be a big YES.
The problem starts during trial (which is not done on the planned date of course). We were told on that day that the customisation which was agreed on together is not 'technically' possible. It left us no choice but to change the entire concept of the dress just 4 days before the event.
Moreover, the second trial gets postponed again and we are lied to by the staff that the store is closed. We already had some planned trials in shapur jaat and we discovered that infact it was open and the reasoning we were given is that it was a 'last minute' decision to open the store.
They're really pricey and for everything that you're paying there's 0 satisfaction. So really stay away from them if you don't want to ruin your function.
