★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premium ambience with overall nice architecture. Impressed with their Joint less construction quality and another minute building features, I found it worth buying property. Also due to easy approach to Gurgaon and south Delhi from this area. Confusing comparison of buying between floor or appartment ends there due to their monolithic construction thus a low maintenance house with luxury forever and finally security specially for the raising kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This society is so comfortable for the all religions and there is flat so beautiful and luxurious interior designing so attractive. e feel that it's like 5 start hotel , all the facilities are available there security, parking, ground, club, swing pool and hegh security fire alarm.

Solid concrete construction with internal spaces well scaled towards luxury. Selective use of good material adds to the grandeur of the Interiors. Being a resident here, gives us a feel of 'sakoon'.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Construction quality is superb, complete RCC work. This summer despite heavy Monsoons (2021), we did not experience any seepage anywhere. Architecture design is excellent as all three bedrooms including drawing cum dining room have decent sized balconies with natural sunlight. View from all rooms and balcony is all clear and not overcrowded. Water supply and electricity facility backed by DG set is uninterrupted 24 hours -a dream cum true in NCR.
Security is excellent. We feel the society has good potential of safe and clean environment once completed. Maintenance services are excellent. Road connectivity is good. E marketing facilities are easily available. Parking space for vehicles are well designed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and me have been living in this society for almost a year now. Like all new societies this too had its initial teething problems, however what made us very comfortable and settle down quickly were the staff in general, their maintenance services and safety. Whenever we faced a problem the staff were usually prompt to come and solve the issue. The guards in the society are all well mannered. Its such a relief not having to run after the plumbers, electricians and others fixing our gadgets.
Being a senior citizen living alone is not an issue anymore. There is complete security and on a few occasion, we even forgot to lock our main entrance door. However upon returning we found everything intact. Sometimes our key was left hanging on the main door. This was also taken care of by the efficient staff and the key returned back to us.
The builder of the society is a totally different man, unlike the regular builders who are usually bossy arrogant and dominating. My experience here for the last one year shows the the present builder gives time to the residents and a willing listener despite his busy schedule and even considers the residents' requests and suggestions whenever possible. He has imbibed a kind of bonding among the residents, that make us feel so much at home and like a family.
Right now the project is still going on, but once complete, I am sure, it will be a place compared to non other in the NCR region with its ambience, the like minded residents, its close proximity to New Delhi and the green environment dotted with lakes that make it all the more attractive to sit, relax and enjoy viewing the serene beauty with a cup of coffee!
