★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay place to live (3 star). It’s near Delhi Mathura highway and bypass road but the building is quite old. Exterior doesn’t looks good anymore. One can find better options in Faridabad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The buildings have major seepage issues. Water is not good at all and leads to hairfall. Conflict between RWA and builder has hampered the upkeep and maintenance.
The location is excellent- Delhi nearby, biggest mall in Faridabad near by, metro, vegetable market, banks, schools all very close by.
