...But the nearest station i.e Shovabazar Ahiritola ...The station is not as safe or good for travel alone at night ... There should be more lights and help service facility ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ahiritola Ghat is a major Ghat in Kolkata. it's easy to get a launch here as the Ghat is not that crowded. It's a beautiful place to view the sunset. The Ghat is generally clean and property maintained. There are a total of 3ghats for people to use to take a bath in the Ganges. This 3ghats is in addition to the launch Ghat. This place offers a great view of places on the other side of the Ganges.

Little bit crowded at office time. But overall a very good experience for me. Ahiritola ferry ghat located in kolkata and those ferry service connected with Howrah, Shovabazar, Baghbazar.
At morning time the launch ghat look very peaceful. Ahiritola ghat also having a outdoor bathing service for public. Lots of people taking bath from ganga using the ghat.
The ferry's having inside food business like Jhalmurry, chat, cola. your journey with those snack became great ever..
