★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Road after Kathlal to Balasinor needs to be resurfaced urgently. Its damaged and uneven for the last 3 years. Many accidents have occurred and vehicles hv bn damaged due to this uneven road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The toll booth is not at all professional. The staff is highly non technical that are not well aware of their duties and what to do in situations of breakdown. The machine is hand held, has problems while reading the tag and works intermittently. As per experience it didn't read few cars ahead and displayed no cash. When I asked to check for my vehicle shown the same (The later all toll booths Ahmedabad to Dahod were cleared through fastag only within 5 to 15 second s only). Even I showed them my account having sufficient balance. They transferred to cash line or go discuss within office. But don't verified the machine. All this looses the ultimate goal of fastag of lesser toll times. I don't understand how they managed the toll whether the staff is not well trained or their behavioural/ disciplinary issue to just push traffic to cash lane.
I also request travellers to review about the toll both and the Highway separately.
